Dining at the Partridge
Restaurant is like stepping back in time
when families gathered at the table adorned
with real plates and silverware. Bowls
of steaming hot vegetables and meats in the
middle of the table and glasses of ice cold
tea at your plate. The aroma of
freshly brewed coffee in the air for those
that enjoy a hot cup of coffee. Dessert is
in the kitchen waiting to
complement that satisfying meal.
Each group of patrons are seated at
their individual table and served family
style. Bowls of steaming hot meats and
vegetables are brought to the table.
Each person takes their portion and then
passes the dish around the table. Each guest
waits in expectation of that item of
special interest to them. Drink request is
taken by the host and kept filled to the
rim.
The Partridge Restaurant has been
redecorated in a fashion to bring back
memories from the past and create new
memories for the future. The Partridge
Restaurant has been a major part of Rome's
downtown experience since 1933. We are
developing the story of
PARTRIDGE RESTAURANT that will be an
ongoing tribute to both the past and the
future at the Partridge Restaurant.
